sumo tips

I used to love sumo tips, but the last few I've ordered have sucked big time. Older ones were amazing. A hard tip that kept its shape and was very consistant. Still able to apply enough english too.

GL finding some good ones.

I have some of the older Sumo tips (solid water buffalo) and they are too hard for me to play with, but they work great on a break cue if you don't want to go the phenolic route.

The reason I ask is our supplier does not carry them anymore and was vague about the reason. I need to know if they are still in production or not. Oooooorrr if anyone knows the manufacturer and would like to PM me, I can try to make it worth your efforts.....

I also agree that the old ones, although harder, were way better than the newer ones. It looks to be a totally different tanning process used.
