Super-Pro tips

Sorry if this has been asked a million times before, I searched the forums and couldn't find any dedicated threads. I was wondering if any cuemakers have used Super-Pro tips on a jump break cue?. Wondering if they work well for jump shots?.

Not positive, but I believe they are a competition sports product. I rarely put them on, and the last one was probably over a year ago, but have had no complaints, and they seem to hold up and stay on well. I had one on one of My cues at one time, and seemed pretty decent to me, but I'm using phenolic now.

Thanks guys

Thanks for your thoughts guys.:) I'm using phenolic type tip as well, and love it for jumping, but not too keen on the way it breaks. When I find a tip that breaks well, it doesn't jump at all. When I find a tip that jumps well, it doesn't break worth a hill of beans.

I suppose the answer would be to purchase a dedicated jump cue with a phenolic type tip, and them use a leather tip on my dedicated break cue. I guess I'm looking for that leather tip that is the best of both worlds. Think I'll give the Super pro tips a try, they're pretty damn cheap on fleabay.

I'm sure you'll think I am "pimping", but you should be using this http://www.tigerproducts.com/store/product.php?productid=16183&cat=108&page=1
