Superglue gel seems to be the top choice to glue on a new tip.
If you buy and use it in those Locktite blue plastic bottles here is something you might not know.

Dont throw away those squeeze bottles when they seem empty.
Cut it apart and you will find that there is still about 20% usable glue left in the tube that the bottle can not dispense.

Or, go ahead and throw it away, it's probably old enough to need replacing anyway. ;)
CA loses effectiveness over time.
The question is does it lose its strength? accelerator works great for aged CA, I usually keep a fresh bottle for tips and repurpose the older ones for less critical things. One of the best uses for old CA is the blue masking tape tip trick for fixturing small slabs of material for inlay material.

accelerator makes it fast but weaker

In my experience I find if i get the tiny tubes, well they dry up in their tube even though they were never opened.
I keep mine in a plastic bag in the fridge, If I take it out and use it cold, its about the same consistency as the gel. Maybe it thins back down as it warms up, but it might give a bit more working time if you use it cold. "gorrilla" is just a well advertised brand name, they copy a lot of products from other manufacturers and created their own line of products. That's marketing.

Did you break anything getting the bottle to come apart? Thanks for this! It'd be wonderfull if the bottle could be put back together. This bottle design is actually a great dispenser IMO.
