Either that or Shane just isn't very good at 14-1
He has run over 300 practicing at Steinway, witnessed on live stream on AzBTV. If that's your definition of "isn't very good" then I wish I wasn't very good at pool.

Are they still having trouble with the stream or is anyone even watching this
tournament?
There are tons of great Taiwanese and Japanese 14.1 players. This isn't Shane's game, so there's no expectation that he will snap it off, though he's very good at it for someone who's only given it a few light years of practice. Also, I think this tournament has attracted all the world's top players. Unless I'm mistaken, USA is ground zero for straight pool, with very few proficient 14.1 players coming from elsewhere. I know, you'll say Toastie or Mika isn't american, but they live here and are regulars at this tourny so that's moot.

It has gotten better.
Where is Mark Griffin so he can magically put Shane into the finals after being eliminated?
The round robin part is over....and none of the qualifiers had to catch a plane.
