so far beyond my limited skill level, I wonder if I learned anything other than why Shane is the best. Really, knowing the angles & english is well illustrated, but SVB's speed control over several cushions is phenomenonal. Good video..

Shane's instructional stuff is probably one of the worst out there, I watched the 3 disk set he did a while ago, and basically his whole time on the disks can be summed up from him as "I just want to get an angle". It took a lot of prodding from Baretta to get him to explain things further and even then it was not very good unless you are a strong player to begin with and can see all this from videos and other places. It's done from pretty much his point of view, meaning positions does not matter that much since you can get to anywhere on the table and make any ball, as long as you have an angle to move around with, the 3 disk set boiled down to that.
