Switching cues mid match - due to tip falling off

Under APA rules are you allowed to switch to a new cue mid match if your tip falls off....surely to god you are.

Keep this under the strict and often retarded interpretations of APA rules.

Just start shooting with the back bumper of your cue. Your opponent is probably sandbagging anyways.

Probably true. I would say there honestly isn't much sandbagging in my region though by the high number of 6s and 7s.
