Was it Wu or the other Chinese that won the IPT qualifier in China? Wu is from Taiwan and I know that they could acquire visa easier than Mainland Chinese. And Wu Chia Ching was in BCA championship in Las Vegas in 2005 he was tied form 17th to 24th place, unless there is another Wu CHia Ching.
