Hello All,

I've had my home table for almost one year now and was wondering if I need to do anything to it.

It's a 7' Olhausen Portland Series that I bought from a friend for $500. It's in fantastic condition and when I had it moved, I had new cloth (Simonis) put on it.

After a year or so, do you need to have the cloth re-stretched or have it re-leveled? What about when to replace or repair the rails? They are Accu-Fast. Is there a recommended interval or just when they become dead?

The only issue I've noticed with the cloth is that it seems a little loose on the top of the rails.

Thanks in advance for the info and the help.

As for the cushions, just replace them only if you see the bounce deteriorate. Accufast cushions normally last a very long time. If the cloth was installed properly on the bed, I wouldn't worry about re-stretching it, only if the cloth is noticeably loose. The cloth on the rails should not be loose either. You may have to have the rail cloth fixed or redone. How many rails need to be fixed, one or all of them?
