Anyone know what it is and any gotchas to setting it up after moving?

Looks like a Fischer, pic Dont shoe the legs....
I'd keep looking for a used valley for or near that price if your looking for a practice table.

Unless your in a area where pool tables are nonexistent and your a decent wood worker DIY kinda guy go for it' I love mine..
