Table question

I have an old valley coin op just paid to have new rubber and cloth. I paid for simonis 860. The table is playing very very slow. I am thinking the simonis got installed upside down. Would this cause the table to play very very slow?

yes it would ...and if you put a black light on the cloth it should say simonis and a serial number....

if not it is upside down or not simonis.
