Table question

I am about to purchase a new 9 ft diamond pro am. I don't know if I want go with 1 piece or 3 piece slate. I wonder how it will effect resale and playability. Pros and cons for each.

The one piece is a mother F to move yourself later on if you need move. 25 mm thick slate.
Three piece allows more flexibility to go up or down stairs. 30 mm thick slate.

Unless your a commercial property, I’d never by a one piece slate.

Some movers won't move the one piece tables, so that might be a consideration.

Hell, I had a hard time finding someone to move a 6.5 foot Valley down a six foot wide set of stairs straight into my basement. No turns, nothing.

My nine foot Gold Crown, no problem.
