Tailstock source?

This photo is from dzcues.com I just cropped it to show the item in question. I have already contacted Mr. Dzuricky and he purchased it awhile ago on Ebay and no longer has a record of it. I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to find one, or one like it. Thanks.

I've got the same one as DZ but I can't remember where I got it. I looked at Grizzly and another place on the Internet where I by a lot of that kind of stuff and neither has mine. Mine only cost like 29.00 if I remember right.

It's a Morse two taper with flat sided center.
