Hello is this John Flores? First of all thank you for your order! Your DVD Set actually shipped out earlier today. The email you received about the book was just a notification that it already shipped, there was no second charge to your card, rather it was my cost in printing and shipping to you... FREE for you, at a cost to ME.
I do apologize for the confusion, I do need to make it more clear what is happening. The book ships out on my cost from the publisher and you get an email about it, but it is FREE to you. Again I apologize for the confusion.
I have been in transit from the Philippines where I played a pro event recently and that is the reason why your DVD Set did not ship out right away (most companies ask you to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery while I ship out right away when possible).
I wish only the best for you and your game. I wish you would not have accused me of fraud and giving you the run-around so fast when neither are true, yet I understand you did spend your money with me and want it now.
I hope you can accept my apology that I may have caused you confusion, and that you can please retract your accusation of fraud once you see that I am correct. You should see on the postage when you receive it via USPS Priority mail within 2-3 days, that the DVD Set you paid for, shipped today, and if you look at your credit card statement you should see that indeed there is no extra charge for the FREE ZEN POOL BOOK.
Sorry for the misunderstanding and not notifying you of payment received right away. I hope you can still enjoy and benefit from the materials which you so kindly ordered.

Please contact the party from whom you purchased the book, you are not the publisher of this book and our agreement is with the publisher, You are his customer and we cannot honor your request, that request will have to come from the publisher.

I got an invoice, i questioned it and then i was informed that I was not the publisher, then i was refused a refund , then you got involved .
My credit card last 4 digets are on the invoice.
Ill give you the bennifit of the dought but just seems that there is a problem with your system.
Ive purched 4 cues on this Forum, this week alone ,and had nothing but good transactions. I didnt think I would have this problem with a $77 video.
