So, we picked up a couple matching ebony-nosed prongs from Prather awhile back because we reasoned we could make more efficient use of the ring billets we've been building for each individual cue, but mainly because we just really like ebony-nosed cues and thought these looked cool. Originally intended to make 2 identical cues but ended up with a slightly different twist on each one, so we'll call these fraternal twins. Really happy with how these turned out.
Thanks! Hard to take my bias out of the equation, but I think these hit really nicely. Ebony-nosed cues just seem to have a slightly different feel that I really like. They perform very well. The solid maple shaft/short Tomahawk ferrule/Ultraskin tip combo feels solid but still has very manageable deflection.
Haven’t been actively marketing cues for sale quite yet, but need to start so I can acquire more equipment! I’ll shoot you a PM.
