Hello everyone,

I would like to know how the taper size affects and what taper size i must choose for my cue .
How the 5/16x14 joint pin affects my stroke compared other joint pins?
Could you please help me?

No replies after 4 days?!? Hmm, I wonder why? What the heck. I'll jump in with my two cents worth!

Asking what taper and joint pin to get is like asking what color wrap is best. Everyone has their personal favorite, so it's kind of a silly question. Instead, you should play with as many different cues as you can and figure out which one(s) feel(s) best to you.

No matter what anyone tells you, absolutely none of the following effect your stroke: shaft taper, ferrule type, tip hardness, joint pin, cue weight, wrap color, bumper size, or the middle name of the cue maker. Only your arm effects your stroke! (Ha ha!)

Got it in one try.
