It's great that you found 2 jobs that you love. I've always been interested in trying my hand at cuemaking, but the lack of machinery and an average ambient humidity of 95% work against me. :rolleyes: Oh well, I'm trying to see if I can make some cue cases on a hobby level..at least leather don't warp that easily.. :D

Btw, thanks for the very informative post. I took a high interest in your conical joint when i first came across it but now I have a much clearer picture of what it does and how it fits.
