The guy who traded me the cue represented it as original, and I believe him because of the wrap. I've owned numerous Tascarella cues and Pete's linen wraps are unmistakeable. I had the finish area on the shafts wet sanded and a coat of finish sprayed on them to get rid of some very minor finish dings. The cue looks like it has never been chalked, it's that clean.
The cue has been sold in an all cash deal. There still are some cash buyers out there, they are just getting harder and harder to find.
