Visited Team 147.no - it seems to be a good concept especially if theyhave team member feedback - meetings to discuss member goals, problems encountered etc. - as group membership can be very motivating in accomplishing a goal - also each member has an NBF liscence - what does this carry in terms of privileges?? As a passing remark I must say to Ms Kjorsvik that u have the nicest looking Avatar on the block!! Considering what we put out there (me included) it really stands apart from the crowd.
