Team logo cue balls

I bought a used table and it came with a set of Florida Gator logo cue balls. The numbers have a black ring around them like the Brunswick Centennial balls do. I'm trying to find out who manufactures these balls and if they are any good to shoot with?

The logo means nothing to me since I don't follow baseball or any other sports.

I don't know who makes them, but I know they do not play well, hold chalk excessively, and will cause burn spots in the felt faster.

Get a set of Aramith balls and put those on craigslist or ebay or something.

if they were Georgia Bulldog balls they would be OK but those Gator balls SUCK :thumbup:

Thanks, that's what I was needing to find out. I currently have the Aramith super pros on my other table and will just get another set for the new table. I like the Aramiths a lot.

I'm a loyal Florida Gator, but I say go with the classic Brunswick Centennials for a classic Brunswick table.

I went for Simonis blue/green since it gives a nice 60's era retro, faded green color. Also very easy on the eyes. Can't get into Tournament blue unless maybe on a Diamond. If it weren't for this combo on TV, I think it would be a bust. Tables are meant to be green, and chalk is intended to be blue.
