does anyone know the rating system that joe tucker invented. I believe its 1 point for every ball you make out of ten racks. What are the rating levels anyone know?

Yea I emailed joe but I figure he has gone to sleep. He will probably email me in the morning. I shot a 67 if anyone cares. I think that shortstop speed could have been higher but made a combo and let my cue ball drift behind a ball it made me sick.... Oh well rome wasnt built in a day
