Since folks have already given you a recommendation and you are seemingly ignoring it you should ask yourself this question. "Are you willing to pay to have it done right?" You could call Billy and see what he would charge you. It's only a phone call. That said, there is a big difference in a table mechanic that does the job right and a table mechanic that covers the table at a good price. Obviously the best of both worlds is when you find someone that can do both. Maybe I am just misunderstanding, but your second post on this thread leaves me to think you are more concerned with the price than the results. Get references from pool players who have first hand experience with the table mechanic for whomever you chose to do business with. Good luck.
