Tennis Mental Toughness Book?

I remember seeing some people mentioning a particular tennis book about mental toughness and preparation. Which one was that?

I only read the book (Inner Game of Tennis) once and need to read it again.

It's a good book on the mental side of tennis in which the same principals can apply to pool and other sports. I didn't find it to be a book on mental toughness. I found it to be a book on mental relaxation rather than toughness. Rather than thinking and over analyzing and over trying etc... Timothy Gallaway(author) wants the reader to visulize the shot and let it happen naturally. It's a book about letting the creative side of the brain (right side) do its thing and silencing the judgemental, over analytical, critisizing. TOUGH (left side) side of the brain as it try's to dominate and sabotage your whole stroke. Great read, must read it again, RJ

Another book worth looking despite the title: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...002-5334098-1319258?v=glance&s=books&n=507846 . The man has served as a support (and head) coach for many Canadian national teams and has produced a couple excellent resources for those wanting to know about the skills and drills athletes, coaches and psyche staff have been working on/with in the 3 decades since Inner Tennis was first published.
