I want to publicly thank Mr Eric Crisp for giving the best Customer Service out there. He may lack on the communications sector but he really stands behind his products and gives always the best out.
I think there's a very little number of people out there that's like him.

What a refreshing post. And your english is fine, actually better than most! I feel the same about Jerry Rauenzahn. Excellent craftsman, great communication and stands behind everything he makes. Glad to hear there are many true gentleman and good businessman in the cue-making profession.

I met Eric in Las Vegas about a year and half ago, very nice guy who was down to earth and true to himself is what I got from him. I have tried to get in touch a few times myself, not easy to do.

Eric is one of the great guy out there. you just need to get to know him better. Also one of the best exotic wood inventory for cue maker out there. I was at his place couple of weeks ago & Eric show me a great hospitality & alot of great wood in his stock piles.
boy did I got myself in trouble with all that great wood...lolz. couldn't appreciate more after what i see what goes on behind that shop where Eric builds his cues. now I couldn't wait for the completion of all my cues. No wonder Eric name his cues Sugartrees, aside from the playability, is all the beautiful wood he have in stock.
