Thank You Eric

I know none of the people involved with this either online or personally, so I offer an unbiased opinion....

If I was Eric, I would have took the old mans head off too...

He deserved it and basically asked for it.

And if the old man wants to turn it into a legal nightmare he will loose before he even gets started.

Everything he has posted over the years is still active online leaving a huge paper trail to show he antagonized Eric for years....

No lawyer in their right mind would take the old mans case on a contingency basis. They will loose and they know it.

The old man got knocked the F*&^ out and he deserved it. Maybe he will learn something from it...

Amazing what laying in a hospital bed eating mashed potatoes through a straw will do for some folks thinking process. Eric just may have cured the old mans bitterness. I know it atleast will shut him up for more than a minute....
 
The more I read about this incident the wierder it becomes. At this point, I wonder if anybody who has posted on here actually witnessed it, or is all that has been written second hand information?

Also, it's quite disturbing to read what seems to be a penchant for vigiliante "justice".

I think it's about time somebody popped him in the mouth. Usually I pass his posts by since they are hateful, filthy, unchristianlike (since he professes to be one!) and most often a shamless bid for self promotion.
Regarding his two and out at VF that shows you what a champion he is...
What comes around goes around, we were lucky enough to witness it!

He does not need a private lawyer for a punch in the mouth. A court appointed lawyer will do the exact same job as a paid one. Both will tell him to plea guilty or no contest. Either way, he will get a slap on the wrist. My guess - small fine and comunity service. Maybe a couple days in jail on the weekends when he is not working...


As far as a civil suit, judge judy would'nt give him much of a settlement or judge mathis. A real jusge would'nt even hear the case for a minor rumble...

Perhaps for you, but not for me. It would be good if someone would post on here what they WITNESSED regarding this incident. That's all I'm asking.

I didn't see the incident, but I did walk through the area within minutes after it happened.

I have been told the story, but I will let Eric tell the facts, if and/or when he decides to do that.

What I did see, was Larry, who didn't look injured at all, yelling at one of the Expo security people. From what I could hear, it appeared he was more interested in what Eric may post on the internet, about this incident, than anything else.
I have seen Larry several times since this incident and he looks completely fine.

Dude,

IMO, physical violence is just as devastating as verbal violence. Substitute violence for abuse and I will state the same conclusion.

All I'm trying to point out is that Debra Li is hypocritical in her feelings towards FL. She doesn't condone violence but yet congratulated Eric in his action against FL. She stated she doesn't hate FL but she applauded a violent act against him. That's pretty contradictatory.

I was talking about the criminal courts. I gathered you were talking about both as seperate issues. I was commenting on the criminal side.

This is about as polite as I can respond to you. When I made the message about Eric I was UNAWARE that there was physical violence. I thought Eric had confronted Larry in much the same way he did a few years ago. Got that? Can you read? Do you understand English? When I found out that there was violence involved I was genuinely concerned about Larry. Just because Larry and I go at it on the internet does not mean that we "hate" each other. That might occur in your world, Barbara, but it does not occur in mine. You have gone out of your way to try an involve me in this incident when I am 1500 miles away living my life outside the world of this silly idiotic pool drama. You OTOH, have singlehandedly taken it upon yourself to turn this into a back and forth argument and I have asked you stop privately and YOU HAVE REFUSED and I have not responded to you in the forum until now (So if anyone jumps on me for writing this, please be aware of who is stirring this bucket of $hit). You don't know me at all, yet you are very quick to pass judgment upon me and say I am contradicting myself? From your lips to Gods ear. FL has made many threats over the past couple of years. Threats of how he is a Master in many forms of martial arts and the many ways that he has to kill somone. He can kill them with his hands,his feet, the jagged end of a broken pool cue, pool balls, his finger, household and poolroom objects, etc. He has stated that he prefers to handle things' like a man' (like John Wayne). He has said (through a number of his aliases) that he would have people 'whacked' or 'killed' and put a contract out on people and/or do it himself. He has written that NO lawyers would be (or get) involved. He has run his filthy racist mouth for years in THOUSANDS of posts,both day and night and on any Forum that hasn't banned him. FL is over 60 and so am I, so what ? People want to give FL 'a pass' because of his age. That's a load of crap. I woluld happily 'hook up' with FL and let the chips fall where they may.
I've said many things online over the past eight years and I've offended some people. If anyone shows up at a venue where I am to give me my just desserts,so be it. I believe that a person shouldn't spout crap that that they wouldn't say to a person's face. A person should be responsible for their words and actions. If a person gets smacked for something that they've brought on themselves, so be it. I don't believe in getting lawyers and lawsuits invoved,but maybe that's just me. I'm not a bad ass or someone looking for trouble, but I don't avoid it either. I hope that Eric pucnhed the s*** out of FL and I don't give a rats ass who agrees with me or my point of view concerning someone getting their comeuppance. I would LOVE to give FL the opportunity to confront me and say some (any) of the things to my face that he's so boldly written from the safety of his home. Btw, he's not the only one that I'd meet 'in person'. There are many keyboard warriors that don't have the gonads speak to a person face to face and repeat what they've written online. I know this is a rant, but I feel strongly about this FL issue. As far as lawyers and courts are involved, FL has written so many hundreds of taunts and threats of bodily harm and death online that I can't see how he could possibly win a court case. Perhaps, Eric was so concerned with the threats from FL,that he was forced to strike out first in a pre-emptive fashion.I wish that he'd knocked a few teeth out and bloodied FL's nose and I don't give a whit who agrees with my point of view. Now, I'm going to say a little prayer for FL, as I've done regularly for more than a year now. Would anyone care to guess WHAT I'm praying for ?

Larry was let off lightly if ya ask me, Larry hit Eric's g/f which in my eyes constitutes one real beating. As far as you are concerned JJ, the tattoo comment lowers your rating to "douche bag" with me. I missed Eric and Suzy the rest of the weekend and I wished it never happened but it did and he is still my brother no matter what others thinks. I normally respect my elders but in your case JJ, you clearly dont deserve any.

I concur with your opinion vis-a-vis Eric smacking FL. I'm 60 years old and never was much of a fighter. However, if I went off like that on somebody like FL did Eric for all those years ... well, if I got popped a good one, I'd just say "I deserved it". If FL has acted like this all his adult life I'm a little surprised being punched out is the worst consequence he has suffered.

BTW, nice talking with you this weekend.
