Rude Dog

<---Dumb and Dumber
I have had the best time of my life so far and I'm sure it's gonna get even better. I'm out of the tournament now after my melt down and even though I know I really dogged it, I still had a good time. I missed an 8 ball that I probably make 100 out of 100, until now. So now, it's 99 out of 100. :( It's a horrible feeling to lose like that but I know it's just part of the game and it will make me stronger in the long run. I want to thank each and every one of you that have supported me through this and I will never forget this experience. I will be looking forward to coming back here and having better results in the future. I know that with some time my game will be back to where it once was and when it gets there, these guys will all be in trouble. Take care, and peace to all. :D

Was this your first time playing in the US Open? If so, that probably got you fired up to practice more and get your game back. The simple fact that you barbecued your first opponent in the US Open is a great feat alone. Next year you will barbecue your first five opponents! You did a great job, my hat is off to you.

It was $ well spent- I think we all agree (ya dirty DOG!)!! We can't just let it slide right? I think we've all been our own worst enemy sometime only this time it was you (ya dirty DOG!)

Bigger and Better

John,

Thanks for a great showing... try to get some action out there ... We all know your plan, lose in the Tourney to get the fishes to bite at the bait ;) . Enjoy the rest of the week...have a safe flight back and make sure to check out Q-masters if you have not already.

Great showing! you dog you.

Now I know who I'm rooting for. I been going to one rather large tournament each year. The Pa. State 8-ball Championship. My old memory is failing me right now, but it was the last two years or last year and three years ago. Last year I won two then came upon Phil Sherman. He beat me up pretty bad and went on to win the tournament. It was two or three years ago I drew Don Polo in the first round. Don beat me pretty bad also, and went on to win the tournament. In the final that year Don played really great. I went up to him and said, "I just have one question". "You played great in that final. At what point in our match did you realize you didn't have to play quite that well to win?" Big Don laughed pretty hard and was polite and said it wasn't that way at all.

Anyway, enough story telling. It is always great to have one of the 'Scurvy Scum's' that took you out, go on to win the whole thing. So I want the final match to be Tony against Tony. Mougey vs. Robles.

Again, great showing Rude Dog. Get em next time.

Hey Rude Dog,

Glad to have had you represent us, thank you for giving us alittle extra something to cheer for. Happy that you've been enjoying yourself and the experience, safe trip back home!

Jim

Great job Rude Dog. This was great for not only you but for those who sponsored you as well. You definitely made us proud and with any luck and the hard work of Don :-), maybe we can do this again and get you and Jimmy to another big event.

Great job,
Dave

Best $25 I spent on pool this year. I will be willing to do it again next year. Good job John.

Great Job Rude Dog,You are a fine rep for the Az family .iT was nice meeting you after you match with Tony Robles.Keep stroking them.

Rude Dog,

Thanks for your kind words and inspiration. As I told you at the tourny, I could never have done what you had done in going out there to play. Remember that it is a game that is going to have winners and losers. You are a winner for trying and a winner for your good sportsmanship. You only lost a match. There will be plenty of others.

It was our pleasure to root for you and we were happy you wanted us to get loud.

Glad you had a safe trip home and we hope to see you again next year.

Jerry

Good deal

Hey Rude Dog,

I'm glad to see you got something out of it. Unofrtunately, I never got a chance to meet up with you and Purdy, maybe next time.

I'm just glad I had a chance to be part of this. I enjoyed it.

Hey Jerry, you and your wife were great for cheering for me the way you did, the louder the better. I felt bad about how I left after losing and I'm glad you understood. Next time I go to a big event like that I am definitely taking my wife along because there's nothing like having a friendly face in the crowd cheering for me. I let that match slip away from me and next time I won't let that happen. It was so cool being in that type of atmosphere again after so many years away from the game. I was in awe the whole time I was there but not satisfied with the way I played. I'm my worst critic about my game and I know I could have played better. But, I can assure you that it wasn't for the lack of cheering, :D . I hope to see you and your wife again sometime soon and having you both in my cheering section. Once again, thank you. Peace.

Thank you and it was my pleasure in meeting you and your wife. I apologize for not being very social while I was there. I was physically and mentally drained the whole time I was there. I hope to see you both again in the very near future. Peace.
