I just wanted to give John a public thanks for the great work he did on my table Friday. The slates had separated slightly. In spite of a long drive he was prompt and cheerful. Not only did he fix the issue, but he spent a couple of hours giving me a informative playing lesson. Not only is he a great mechanic, but an accomplished player as well. Between the drive, service call and lesson he had a full day into this. Thanks John

If John had used a little superglue to lock the slates together, they'd have never separated in the first place, but glad you got your table setup and you're a happy customer
