Just wanted to drop a line and thank all of you who made it out to our little show this year
Thanks to all of you who are vendors, players, fans and spectators; without all of you this show could not be the massive, enjoyable event that it is!
I just got back home to NC from my last 10 days or so in Valley Forge (OK, I spent last night in Atlantic City, but escaped this morning). The last several weeks have been hectic, and although I have read through some of the posts regarding the show, I have not had time or energy to reply.
That said, over the next few days I will try to address some issues on the forum that I feel need to be addressed. Since I just got back, I also have quite a bit of client work to tend to, so bear with me (I operate my own small design agency here in Wilmington, NC). Luckily my clients are patient with me during Feb and March because they know about the Expo :embarrassed2:
If you have any questions you would like addressed, please feel free to post here as well. As soon as I can I will get to them, and I will consult with my father when needed.
Again, thanks so much to all of you that have come to, and enjoy, the show. It takes a tremendous amount of work and effort to produce, but knowing that the players have a good time, the vendors have a successful weekend, and the fans enjoy themselves makes it all worth it. My father and I thank all of you for being a part of it.
And of course, an extra thanks to all of our 50+ staff members - mostly family and close friends - who take time off from their regular jobs to come and work long hours for several days to make this event possible! Each and every person at the Expo plays a unique and important role. Having all of you there helps things progress smoothly.
Thanks again, and hope to see you all again next year!
