Just wanted to give a public "Thank you" to Steve Klapp. I sent him an older Karella cue that I've been playing with since 1995 for a refinish and new wrap.

Received it back today and all I can say is "Wow" and "Thank you" - the cue literally looks better than I day I bought it. It's the best $150.00 that I've spent in a very long time.

Looking to have an older or a damaged cue refinished? I'd sent it to Steve.

Steve sent my boy a free short cue to play with when he was 8, I second any good will towards him :thumbup:. Steve sets a great example for the pool world.
 
Steve's a great guy with excellent customer service..
Rumor has it he's got some insane shaft wood right now!!
 
No rumors at all. It is old and stiff! Yeah, I know how bad that sounds! Ha.

Amazing with hard tips installed! I've shot with very expensive cues that his shafts just embarrass. Keep it up, Steve!
