17 teams in 2011, Any teams verify yet for 2012?

We have a few entries so far, I expect a larger field in the team event this year. I would love to see 32 teams. The singles events are both double elimination this year as apposed tho last years best two of 3 sets single elimination format.

Something I donot Understand, There is no AZ Billiards king of WV?
Would the 2nd J. pechauer states not be a great place to have a shootout for the crown... With a grand audience!

58 days!!! Any one else going? I know of 3-10 local teams, 3 for sure will be there!! Lot of talk going on about this event in the local area!!!!!

Reserve your hotel rooms as soon as possible. The Waterfront Hotel is connected to the event center is a 5 star hotel. Player rate is $89.00 per night. Must mention tourney to get rate. 304-296-1700 Other option for lodging is Hotel Morgantown & Conference Center King single is $59 a double room is $69. 304-599-1680

West Penn Billiards will be on hand for the weekend selling cues, cases and billiard supplies
Just a quick clarification the masters list we are using for this event is the b.c.a. only 1 b.c.a master per team.
I was able to register for this event online but it never asked me to pay anything.
Let me check into it, the website may be having problems. I can send you a flyer if you want to send in your entry

300 for team, No extra for a substitute?
Right, $300 per 4 person team and 2 subs. Open tables! No quarters! Mini's running all week long. Wednesday night warm up tourney! Get those entry fees in by August 15th!
Prize fund depends on entries, there is no added money this year,
Last years pay outs were,
Team event with 17 teams pay out for 1st was 1200
8ball was $850 for 1st
9ball was $775 for 1st
There are lots of mini events and the tournament room is open 24hrs for side action.
