Downloaded the flyer from your link on the first page of the thread this morning. Going to distribute some tonight. Some players from our area are going to the Turning Stone event. Lots with nothing to do that weekend. Not sure if anyone will enter but I'll give it a try.

That is the plan.. Although, if Friday late morning is needed for final rounds for 9-ball, then it could last until Friday. It will be dictated by how many entries are received.

Brian may have a more exact time. But I'd venture to say early evening.
Were gonna shoot for 7pm, everything should be set up by then.
Two weeks left for pre registration! Pay online at www.wvstatepool.com or send in the entry form from the flyer with a check or money order. Entries will be taken after the 15th but only in cash and there will be a $10 late fee per singles event and a $25 late fee for the team event. So get those entries in! See yall there!
