"Broomfield, Colo. - September 22, 2010 -- The Billiard Congress of America today announced it has finalized an unprecedented national partnership with Coca-Cola that provides pool room members of the association with national account pricing on the Coca-Cola family of products. In addition to preferred pricing, members of the Billiard Congress of America committing to exclusively pour Coca-Cola product receive free state-of-the-art equipment, national promotions and business building support." THIS ABOVE FROM AZ FRONT PAGE more...

I think this deal with Coke is great for the BCA and poolroom members. But I am interested in hearing from more room operators.

I am anxious to get all the details. A program that saves the billiard room operator money and at the same time funds the BCA sounds like a win-win to me.

BCA and Coke

Hi, guys and girls. First ever post from a new user joining the fray to weigh in on the BCA/Coke deal. I've been a room owner for 20 years and it's sort of a 'long time listener, first time caller' thing on AZ. I don't know all the details yet of the deal, but just the headline "BCA inks deal with Coca Cola" is a rare thing indeed. I've sold Coke products in my room for 20+ years and, though I'm not currently a BCA member, I will certainly look into joining and whatever deals are offered. Honestly, though, I don't care much if I can save a few bucks on soda syrup. The fact that a multi-billion $ company is willing to be associated in ANY way with our sport is reason for optimism and congrats to the BCA and the new marketing division. Progress has to start somewhere, and though time will tell, at least we know Coke has the ABILITY to get more involved if they wish.

Coke and the bca

I joined the bca just for the coke pricing and they are saving me $150 a week. The credit card processing is saving me around $330 a month. I think everyone that owns a pool room should join the bca for all the savings.

I agree 100% !!! this is a great deal for room owners.

I have been buying my bag in box syrup from Sams Club for $65 per coke BIB. What is the national pricing on a coke BIB with BCA membership.
