The OLN in Canada is affiliated with TSN unfortunately, and they never show pool unless there is absolutely nothing else going on.
I'm not sure what connection our OLN has to the American one but I do know the programming isn't anywhere near the same. Just as the Canadian version of ESPN classic isn't the same either. Below the border the our American friends get to see classic billiards with Willie Mosconi, Wimpy Lassiter, Minnesota Fats etc. We get to see the international challenge of champions from past years. A tournament with the most ridiculous match format.

Sportsnet used to show lots of pool but we haven't had anything much this year.
Strangely the showed the first round match of World Pool Master 2006 but nothing after that. All pool stopped. It has been very odd.
Canadians should look around for a sports bar that has the U.S. Versus feed.
