The owner of this bar is a very good friend of mine and needs some help to pay the bills during the shut down.

Bill Crowell, the owner is a well respected One Pocket player in the state of Missouri.
I've known Bill for 25 years. He is a real nice guy and never asks for anything but when he does you know it's serious.

The room I play out of here in Birmingham is in the same predicament, as probably most are across the country.
I've donated a little to the GoFundMe account that was set up for ours.
Hopefully folks that haven't been too much affected can donate to their places of choice to help out.

he is asking for free money and not a loan.?

have his landlord stop rent for a few months. he has the right to have a usable space he is renting and since the landlord cant provide that then he doesnt need to pay rent for that time.

has he sold off any of his possessions or borrowed against them while closed for 2 months
has he borrowed all he can from relatives and his customers.
has his suppliers given him credit or does he have not established that with them.
has he used up all his credit cards in this 2 months.
they dont shut off utilities during this time so his out flow is minimal.

there are many ways to make it through this short shut down.

if he is a good business person he will make it and i hope for the both of you he does.
