There is a game played locally at two billiard halls I play in. The game is referred to as "Russian". The game "Russian" is played with two reds, one yellow, and one white ball. The balls are the normal 61.5 mm size. The object of the game is to pick a cue ball when it is your turn and make a double carom, meaning you can shoot with any ball when it is your turn.
I have been wanting to document and record on video the game Russian for a long time with the intent to show you guys but I do not own a video recorder. Today I stumbeld on Youtube a video match of the game. Here is the Youtube address:

I am not sure if this game is played only in Mexico or if other Latin American Countries play.
