What a splendid final, with Rodney and Efren going for the big prize.....I can't help but marvel at Efren's making the finals again...what with all the recent talk about how he's getting old....with all the emerging younger Filipinos supposedly taking his place as the best coming out of the Phillippines..blah blah blah....and even Efren adding to it, in his comments in the recent BD article where he says he's getting so old and tired, and hard the pressure is when most everyone expects him to win every tournament...blah blah blah...and here he is again, the 3rd IPT finals appearance in a row .... I love it to death......especially with Rodney.....the smilin' Hawaaiin assassin.....

Actually it was Manalo vs. Hohmann in the last IPT final and not Reyes.
Even so I fully agree with the rest of your post, because it is outstanding what Reyes has accomplished.

it's a great accomplishment, any way you look at it. still, the pressure's going to be a whole lot heavier or reyes ....
