I've found two potentially good locations for a new CJ's Billiard Palace in Dallas Texas, but nothing I'm in love with yet....if anyone leads me to a location I use their will be a thousand dollars in compensation to you right away...this includes any buyouts of existing pool rooms in the Dallas/Ft Worth area....I may be interested in other cities, but my main focus is the Dallas area...private message me if you have any leads and I'll follow through with you this week...thanks
