If you were starting a new league tomorrow, what would be the most important factors to you?

I'm looking for some help, please!!

1. There are no perfect leagues. You can make them very good by being honest...first and foremost. Give something back...what I mean is collect money and pay for the first place team to go to Vegas or give the majority of the money back. Also give each player (if they want it) a financial breakdown at the beginning of league (preliminary on what you expect the league to cost to run) and then at the end to let each person know EXACTLY where ALL money went (back to the honesty thing). Have a banquet at the end to thank all of your players and find out if they will be back next session.

2. Dishonest people. Playing bangers...I like competition. You can't get away from the latter in most leagues.
