The Player (1971) w/ Minnesota Fats.

I’m about 20 minutes in and can say this might just be the worst film I’ve ever seen. Like watching a porn from the 70’s. That Barney Rubble, what an actor!
 
There's been probably half a dozen threads about this when it came out a month ago. There's a lot of pool related "one liners" that I've used on my buddies for yuks. There's some neat trick shots in it and seeing the old halls/bars is kind of nostalgic. I was born in 80 but I remember seeing a lot of the same type of interiors around. The acting isn't good, the story isn't great but it's still a decent watch.
 
I watched the whole thing. About average for a 70s B grade movie. I always wondered if it really existed after seeing the movie poster for it.
