The Pro Tour needs someone like me, although i ain't at that level of play but the reason i say they need someone like me is my style, and i know they have a dress code but i could see it now walking in with my K Swiss shoes, slick back hair, tattoo on the arms, just thugging hahah just kidding on the thugging part. But like Iverson in Basketball all tat'd up, i would love to see a pro on the billiards tour with a tattoo, does any of them have any anyone know of. Thanks.

While there are some "tough guys" in the pool world, most pool players are not thought of as tough guys. It's not like they're playing football or any other contact sport. LOL, they're playing a game that requires a soft touch and finesse.

Off the top of my head I can't think of any guys that have tatt's that play on the UPA. Maybe part of the dress code is that they have to be covered?? I don't know.

Prior to the UPA, players wore whatever they wanted to tournaments. (at least they did in the early 90's) Joe Q. Public already thinks of pool players as hustlers which translates to degenrate. The last thing we need is to go back to wearing sneakers, jeans, & sweatsuits.

Thanks on that Timberly i always wondered that if you could just wear what you wanted and such but now i know when that was possible. I still think someone should be on the pro tour that has like that kind of style though just me though.

If you're looking for scuzzballs, they're all over. How that helps the image of pool -- professional or otherwise -- is beyond me.
