Who me?
Me...an "A" player? I sure like the sound of it. Actually, it depends on which Patrick shows up...occasionally, I play like AA. Other days I play like a B player. I suppose that the "A" player ranking is more appropriate than B however. I played in the Milwaukee BCA league on Monday's Gold division. That was a really tough bracket and I never averaged more than a 2.-something. I also never really placed very high if at all in the State tournaments. Thus, I never moved up. It wasn't because I was sandbagging. I have played for about 22yrs and I would say that my game has improved more in the last 2.5yrs than it has in the first 19.5!!! I would even go so far as to say that within the past year my game has improved more than it has in the last 21 years.... If I was able to play more than once or twice per week, I would gain more consistency and perhaps be more of a contender at the tournaments. Saturday, I just played very poorly. No excuses...just plain old bad shooting. I played fairly well at banks that day but struggled to string any run together.
I got the inside scoop on you Patrick. He's only a "B" on the books, but he's really a "A" in disguise!
