It racks the balls for 9 ball, using your fingers for the backside of the rack, but the wing rack is used for the front and adjacent sides, and it fits into you case so you can carry it with you.

This could be helpful if a room had bad cheap racks it used, or if you were going to play money with someone to insure getting or giving a good rack.

Kind of like carrying your own slipon bridgehead.

I have a question though. How much is 9.90 C? I don't what the C stands for. Thought the price would be in Euros.

It looks like it might work although it would need to be a "rack your own" match. I wonder how well it would hold up. Trying to take the gaps out of some of our racks of balls would pull titanium locknut screws and washers right out of the woood or vinyl in short order.
