I thought that I'd finally post some pics of the SW style, Gilbert J/B/P, that I got from Si (thediamond), it breaks and jumps great, but as a playing cue, it hits solid as a telephone pole, but still has a nice smooth feel, and it's an absolute dream to shoot with
- Both Centre and Forearm Joints are 3/8-10 flat faced wood-wood, which gives a very sweet and solid hit.
- 2x shafts with a 13mm taper and high impact resin ferrules.
- Cocobolo forearm with 6x flame maple points (3x long, 3x short)
- Decorative rings of black Fiber based pheonolic, with bushka style rings of holy, on either side of natural and green stained maple squares at A, B, C, D & E.
- The butt weighs 15.25 oz and each shafts weighs 3.75 oz (19 oz overall)
- Tips are 1x Water Buffalo and the other looks to be a Le Pro or Triangle, as that's what I'm using for playing with at the moment.
EDIT - Thunderstorm has moved on and I can now continue with giving you good people the other details on the cue stick
