Thinking about a Mezz Cue

Feedback appreciated....I'm considering this cue-

It comes with the W700 shaft.

Strictly from a play ability standpoint ...How does it play compared to others in this price range? Also I'm going to buy their extension also. Which is the reason for the cue in the first place.I'm tired of reaching for shots and using the bridge.

Any and all thoughts would be appreciated.

I was very close to pulling the trigger on a Mezz about a year or so ago. Played with one daily for a week. Hit was fantastic and fit and finish were top notch. I ended up with a Pechauer Crown Jewel. Both cues felt great to me and I would have been happy with either one...honestly it came down to supporting the small American business vs. the import. I don't think you can go wrong with the Mezz!

Just got my first mezz a couple weeks ago. An ec7 with a wx700 and a regular maple shaft as a backup. Upgraded to a leather wrap on the cue as well.

The look to this cue rivals some custom cues that i have seen. It has a United joint that as many others have said is super tight. I still haven't got used to the low deflection on the wx700 so i am using the regular maple shaft for now. It best matches my old cue's deflection.

Very happy with my purchase. Good news is if you don't like your cue, there resell value isn't much less than new if you decide to get rid off it.

As many has said before, Mezz is the best production cue out there and I bet it supasses many custom cues as well. I have an AXI-155 with 1 wx700 and 1 Expro. I currently play with the Expro but the hit of my wx700 is also to die for. I have another Expro shaft on way that I ordered through www.thewinningstroke.com but Expro with wavy pin are backordered.

Get on the Mezz train with us!
