When we talk about doing away with "prohibition" this is my nightmare.
How should we deal with this?
If you have ever held a baby born addicted or born with something like syphilis it gets to you.
Professionally, I am non-judgmental. But if anything would ever make we want to slap a mother (or worse) this would be it.
