This game is killer

Did you use bottom or top on that last break? It looked like you lined up for bottom...where you were, I would have used top and tried to drive through the rack area with the cue ball. Just my opinion.

I have bad news for you. Your table has the chicken pox. You should quarantine your table to avoid infection of yourself and neighboring tables.

I am happy to volunteer my house as a quarantine zone. Please have your table shipped to my house where it will be placed in (relative) isolation until the infection has run its course.

Yours sincerely,
Dr. TSW

Nice run Gerry. Your basic shot making looks good. I predict 50s in the near future.

My opinion

I may not be correct but I think I would of left the 9 as break ball in the fist game and not the 13 on the bottom rail. Draw straight back off the 5 and play the other balls first. You got kind of lucky having the 9 drift low after the break. I think in the second rack i would leave the 15 as a break ball below the rack and the 6 as a stop shot to get the right angle on the 15. I am learning the game myself, I am realizing that the last 5 or 6 balls are very very important as to how the break will go for the next rack. Maybe some of the experts can chime in whether or not I am totally off base and feeding you incorrect information. If I am, sorry in advance.

I don't think you need help figuring the game out. You have a great eye and a nice smooth stroke. Good understanding of cue ball english. The last shot is the same thing that happens in 9 ball on the break if you hit the cue ball too low. Side pocket will eat the cue ball up. Just a tough break. Set that same shot up and try experimenting with follow, stun shot with less power, etc. It's all about controlling the cue ball. Sometimes it's better to peel the stack like an onion instead of trying to break it up with too hard of a stroke. Just break it up in bits and pieces because it's easier to predict where the cue ball and the object balls are going to end up.
