After reading so many posts about the great service provided by custom cue and case manufacturers, here's one for some great people I've not seen mentioned here before.
Many years ago I purchased a Joe Porper 2 x 4 full leather case. It has been shipped coast to coast on way too many occasions. Some parts of the case were coming apart from hard use. I e-mailed the company. They suggested I return the case to them for service.
I shipped the case to Creative Inventions in California on May 29th. I received the case back in Rochester today. All work completed to my satisfaction. They have a "lifetime" warranty on their product. It is obvious they back it up. My cost? Freight only! Three cheers for Creative Inventions and Joe Porper Products.
