CueTable Help



Well....here it is. I had some time to finally relax and make a run this afternoon. I was buzzing along nicely with honestly very little issues until I did this to myself! Cueball "A" was where I wanted to be on the 2.....didn't get there, so I had to try to force a 3 rail position that didn't work....I needed to get to cue ball "b"....again I didn't!

To be REALLY honest...up to this rack I didn't count until I moved my coin past the side pocket....then it was in my head that 100 wasn't far away.....DISTRUCTION! :D.....I'm in the process of setting up my camera, so I can try to catch a number and send it over to Blackjack for a commentary. My table is a 9 foot GC copy with 860 and 4-3/8" pockets....

bummer - nice run at 81 though!

can't always tell from a diagram - but it seems as though you could have slow rolled the 2, and still got on the 15 - although it would be a harder shot on the 15. Of course diagrams usually lie...

If the angle was greater such that you couldn't slow roll it that way, maybe you could have come off the head rail with a stun shot?

?? Why are you using a coin? You don't have counters?

your right jon....the slow roller was my first thought, but having run a bunch and knowing the table I figured I would get better shape....not! then, after I fudged the run, I hit the stun shot off the head rail and actually got real good shape....live n learn.

yea pushout, I don't have counters.... I just use the coion...I"m working on getting a 100 point set of beads...

I have a small whiteboard that I count racks and high runs on.

When I am in the middle of a run I just mark a tally under racks.

Gerry what kind of camera are you using. I am thinking of setting up a video camera as well.

FWIW....I use a logitech wireless IP Cam. Great picture with sound and you can record on it as well. Also allows you to provide a website address to broadcast to anyone you want. Mine is on 24 hours a day pic quality might be horrible if all the lights are on from the fishtank. Just set one in wall that is 125 gallons and my friends and family have been watching it grow from hole in the wall to finally at least having water in it.
