I ran into this 8 ball out last night and thought I would share it. Most of you will probably be left unimpressed, but I was very happy about seeing and executing the first shot. Hopefully this gives you something to put in the back of your head for a similar situation.
I was stripes and playing a pretty deadly opponent. I could not hit the 14 or the 11 and decided to try to figure out a good safety. I was not seeing the safe but realized the possibility of making the 13, 10 combo.
Anyway, I cut the 13 into the 10 and it went. From my straight pool days, nothing is more beautiful that hitting a combo that comes back toward you. This left me with the 13, then 14, then 11 and out.
There may be alot of comments and that's cool, I just thought it was a nice little run out based on a somewhat creative out shot.
Please forgive the picture, I suck at drawing, even with state of the art tools.
