Thoughts on Samsara Jump/Break Cue

The fellow at Superior Cues is offering a good price for Samsara J/B Cues to AZ Members, leather wrap or wrapless. Would like some feedback from anyone who has one of these now. Since I don't have one now, obviously, I'm not sure how it rates functionally as a j/b cue. Cosmetically, it is a very nice looking cue.

I presently have an OB Break only cue, previously had an Andy Gilbert. The OB certainly seems to function rather nicely.

Someone posted about a prototype j/b about a month ago they hit, wonder what the status is of that? I'm thinking it was a Predator but can't remember for certain.

Any other thoughts on j/b cues selling for $350 to $500 would be most welcome as well.

I think...as long as you have a hard tip on any cue, then the tip will hold its shap over a longer period of time..I think you should ask the pool hall owner if you can break a few racks..then you'll know first hand how the cue feels, an if you like the balance..
I think thats all that really matters..I've never cared what some one else thought about how my cues felt to them..its me, an only me, that counts when I'am on the table with my cue in hand..but all the above aside...I've heard good things about the mentioned cues from friends..even broke a few racks with a couple..I like breaking with a friend of mines benson..but he gets a little excited when I do..don't why..I'm not hit'em that hard....lol
you have a good one..

I remember someone talking about a BK3 prototype a while back. I'm hoping that would bring the BK2 prices down.

Have you tried jumping with your OB Break cue? Mine jumps ridiculously good at medium to long distance; so good, in fact, that I'm thinking of having another joint put in the butt, or getting a separate jump handle for the OB Break shaft.

And yeah, I've heard that LD shafts don't jump well. But this one does.

I have used the wrapless for about 18 months and I still like it. I have a softer tip on it but I don't have any problems with it. I like the extra handle especially for use for long range jumps. I add it to the regular jump portion and it really flattens the trajectory and adds accuracy when jumping long range.
