Thoughts on Shannon Daulton

The first time I seen Shannon he had an open offer to play anyone in the pool room giving up the last two. The way he presented himself was not overly cocky but real confident. He is a class act and funny as heck. The one time I thought he might be getting over his head was when the fillipino contingent was at the US open and it looked like Shannon was to match up until he told them he would play any game they wanted for any amount as long as the played a bank set for the same amount. Needless to say no one was interested.

:) Thanks for all of your kind words, John. We both felt so bad when you were here and got so sick. I hope all is well w/ you. How's the poolroom coming- heard through the grapevine you were opening one down there. You need to come up and visit- play some golf and play in one of our tourneys. The folks in the Carolinas would love to see the current US Open Champ play. Our next event is the first weekend in June- maybe you and Rachel could come up and play golf and play our event.
